Q: When does the High School ministry meet?
Ignite High school ministry meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Rock Point Church Ranch.
Q: What ages does Ignite minister to?
Ignite is a ministry that focuses on grades 9th-12th. Ages are usually 14-18
Q: Does Ignite meet during the week or have small groups?
Twice a year we do what we call “Flame Groups”. They are groups of High school students that want to grow deeper in their relationship with God. They meet prior to the start of Ignite Tuesday evening service at the Rock Point Church Ranch.
Q: What does Ignite do on Sunday mornings?
Since we do not meet on Sunday morning students are encouraged to serve in a ministry and to attend the last church service as a group.
Q: How do I get my students involved in Ignite?
It is simple, Just drop them off and our leaders and students will do our best to make them feel welcomed and enjoy learning about God.
Q: What curriculum do you use?
We teach the Bible. We currently have a 4 year plan through the bible that will give the students a good understanding of God’s word and prepare them for the challenges they will face as they move into college.
Q: How do I become a high school leader?
Being a leader is very simple. Let me know that you are interested, then we will set up a time to meet over coffee and talk about what our leaders do and where God is calling you.
